Kornwasser Shopping Center Properties LLC announced it has completed construction of the the first phase of Visalia Pavilion, the shopping center on West Caldwell Avenue that is home to the new WinCo Foods supermarket.

Other new tenants that have opened include Starbucks and Subway. Still to come are Tahoe Joe's, Sonic, Great Clips, La Palapa, Charo Chicken, TMobile and others.

The center was designed by Perkowitz and Ruth Architects. It is being leased by Colliers International. The general contractor is Quiring General from Fresno.
